Changing The Early Bird Deal Game Mechanics

One of the biggest bits of advice for starting a new course is not to price it too low. The theory is that by creating a higher price, you can always add discounts to get the right price without diminishing the perceived quality of the course.

The Early Bird Race, flips that on its' head. What should the price be for our new course? We let the people decide. For those true Early Birds, you will get the best discount. Those later to the game will have to pay more.

Early Bird Race Rules

The First 5 students (per course) pay $5 (per course)

Then both the capacity and price double.

The next 10 students pay $10.

The next 20 students pay $20.

The next 40 students pay $40.

The next 80 students pay $80.

$160 is the final price for the course.
